Эта политика объясняет, какие данные собирает онлайн-игра Pentacrat (сайт pentacrat.com, его мобильная версия и приложения для Android и iOS), зачем и как вы можете ими управлять. Оператор данных: ФОП — владелец игры Pentacrat (реквизиты будут указаны). Связь: support@pentacrat.com.
What data we collect
- Account: email address, encrypted password; when logging in via Google or Apple — the email address provided by that service.
- Game data: nickname, character, items, money, achievements, battles, messages in game chat and mail, complaints and bans.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, login times — for account protection, fraud and bot prevention.
- Purchases: what and when was purchased. Payment data (card number) is processed by Google Play, App Store, and payment services — we do not receive it.
- Notifications: if you allowed push notifications in the app — the device token for delivery.
Why
- to run the game and your account: login, progress saving, playing with others on PC, phone, and app;
- to credit purchases and resolve disputed payments;
- to protect players: chat moderation, fight fraud, hacks, and bots;
- to send notifications you enabled and respond to your requests.
We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party ads.
Who gets the data
Only to services essential for the game: server hosting, Google (login, Google Play, Firebase notifications), Apple (login, App Store, notifications), payment services. Data may be disclosed upon lawful government request.
How long it’s stored
As long as the account exists. After deletion, personal data is erased; payment records are kept as required by law; technical logs — up to 12 months.
Your rights
- change email and password in-game;
- delete account — in-game (Profile → Account) or on the deletion page; deletion occurs after 14 days and can be canceled by simply logging in before then;
- request a copy of your data or ask a question — at support@pentacrat.com.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 12 and up. If you find a child under this age created an account without parental consent, contact us — we will delete the account.
